30-Day Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. Eligibility for a refund is determined based on the nature of the product or service purchased and the conditions outlined below.
Digital Products & Services Disclaimer
Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
We strongly encourage customers to review the product title, description, features, and requirements carefully before completing their purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable, even within the 30-day period:
Digital downloads, software, and AI-powered tools
Subscription-based SaaS services (partial billing periods included)
Setup, onboarding, or implementation fees
Website design and development services
AI receptionist setup, automation workflows, and integrations
Consulting, strategy sessions, and custom development services
Once access is granted or work has commenced, fees are considered earned.
Subscription Cancellations
Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time to avoid future charges. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for unused time or partial subscription periods.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered, at our sole discretion, only in the following circumstances:
Duplicate purchases
Technical issues caused solely by Synaptics Technology, LLC that prevent access to the product and cannot be resolved
Approved refunds may exclude administrative fees, third-party costs, and services already rendered.

Chargebacks
